Several resource sector-auditing contractors annually audit Seair Pacific. Seair complies with the mandatory Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulatory audit regime and operate Cessna Caravans under a Part C – 217 Training and Checking system. This is the highest standard of pilot checking and training available and is normally only utilised by airline operations. Very few charter operators achieve such a high standard of pilot training and checking.
Seair aircraft are maintained to the Class A RPT Maintenance standard to meet the requirements of Approved Single Engine Turbine Powered Aircraft (ASETPA). Again this standard is normally only achieved by airline operators and is very rare in charter service companies.
Seair conducts all its operations under its ownAir Operators Certificate (AOC) SQ-504606 and has held that AOC since 1989. The AOC covers various aircraft types and permitted operations. Current aircraft types being operated are as follows:
- Cessna C208B Caravan
- Britten Norman BN2 Islander
- Cessna Centurion C210
- DHC6 Twin Otter
